MECHANISM OF ACTION
Modified C-terminal fragment of HGH (residues 176–191) with a Tyr substitution at position 177. It activates β3-adrenergic receptors to stimulate lipolysis in adipocytes, inhibits the activity of lipogenic enzymes, and does not activate IGF-1R or alter insulin/glucose dynamics.
