If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

How to request a refund

To initiate the return process, please provide the following information:

  1. Order number.
  2. E-mail address associated with the order.
  3. Brief description of the reason for the return (optional).

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Important considerations

  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and with their packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
  • Reimbursements to bank cards may take some time depending on the payment platform used.
  • We will only pay the shipping costs in case the product arrives in bad condition or has a defect. If the customer wishes to make a return due to a change of opinion or any other reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
