GHK-Cu
35,00 €
- A significant increase in collagen synthesis and improved skin firmness.
- Accelerated healing and reduced scarring.
- Stimulation of the hair follicle and improvement in hair density.
- Systemic anti-aging effect through modulation of gene expression.
- Systemic antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
- Bone Regeneration and Nerve Repair in Research Models.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
A natural copper-binding tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys). It chelates Cu2+ ions, allowing them to enter cells. It modulates the expression of more than 4,000 human genes, including the upregulation of collagen I and III, elastin, decorin, and wound-healing genes. It activates tissue remodeling, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant pathways. It stimulates GHK-responsive genes in skin fibroblasts, nerve cells, and systemic tissues.
KEY BENEFITS
- A significant increase in collagen synthesis and improved skin firmness.
- Accelerated healing and reduced scarring.
- Stimulation of the hair follicle and improvement in hair density.
- Systemic anti-aging effect through modulation of gene expression.
- Systemic antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
- Bone Regeneration and Nerve Repair in Research Models.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SAFETY
Excellent safety profile. Topical use: mild skin irritation at high concentrations. Injectable: reactions at the injection site. Excess copper intake should be monitored in patients with Wilson’s disease or hemochromatosis.
RESEARCH AND CLINICAL NOTES
Pickart et al.: More than 40 years of research. It has been shown to modulate 31.2% of more than 4,000 genes related to wound healing and anti-aging. Clinical studies demonstrate a reduction in wrinkles and an improvement in skin density and elasticity. Hair growth trials show follicular stimulation.
