Returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and services, and we hope that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that returns may be necessary on some occasions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return
To initiate the return process, please provide the following information:
- Order number.
- Email address associated with the order.
- Brief description of the reason for the return (optional).
After receiving your request, we will contact you to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Important Considerations
- Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with their packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
- Refunds to bank cards may take time depending on the payment platform used.
- If for any reason you wish to make a return, at Selmi Swiss we make the process easy and free for you. Once you inform us of your intention to return an order, we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email, which you can use to ship it at no additional cost. Just print it, stick it on the package and take it to the corresponding delivery point. Our goal is to make you feel accompanied and supported every step of the way.
