CJC-1295 with DAC

- Sustained increase in GH and IGF-1 with once-weekly administration.
- Increased lean muscle mass and improved body composition.
- Improved fat metabolism, especially visceral fat.
- Improved sleep quality and recovery.
- Supports bone density during long-term use.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
A GHRH analog using Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) technology, which enables covalent binding to albumin via a lysine-maleimide reaction. It prolongs the half-life to 7–10 days. It continuously activates pituitary GHRH receptors, resulting in a sustained increase in GH and IGF-1. It produces a “drip” of GH rather than a pulsatile release.
KEY BENEFITS
- Sustained increase in GH and IGF-1 with once-weekly administration.
- Increased lean muscle mass and improved body composition.
- Improved fat metabolism, especially visceral fat.
- Improved sleep quality and recovery.
- Supports bone density during long-term use.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SAFETY
Transient water retention, carpal tunnel syndrome-like symptoms at high doses, and potential desensitization with continued use. Monitoring of IGF-1 is recommended. It is not pulsatile, so it may suppress the natural GH rhythm during prolonged use.
RESEARCH AND CLINICAL NOTES
Phase I/II human trials demonstrated 2–10-fold increases in GH AUC for 14 days following injection. IGF-1 rose to 1.5–3 times the baseline level and remained elevated for more than 2 weeks. Walker et al. (2005), JCEM.
TARGET PROFILE:
Anti-aging protocols, HRT treatments, and body optimization programs with weekly injection schedules.
